WHAT MAKES PERSIMON & Co. DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PET ID TAG COMPANIES?
Our pet ID tags are made from 100% stainless steel, which is significantly more durable than the thin aluminum or alloy tags found at most pet stores. Unlike other tags, our engravings are deep impressions that will never fade or wear off. We're so confident in the quality of our tags that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of them. If your tag ever becomes compromised, just send it back to us and we'll replace it free of charge.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON BULK ORDERS?
Yes, we do! If you're ordering 12 or more tags and would like to inquire about bulk order rates, please contact us directly. We'll be happy to work with you to get you the best deal possible.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments via credit card or PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY?
Since all of our tags are custom-made for each individual customer, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you notice any mistakes on your order, please reach out to us within two weeks of receiving your order and we'll be happy to remake and ship it out to you at no extra cost. Additionally, all of our tags come with a lifetime warranty, so if you have any concerns about the integrity of your tag, please let us know and we'll be happy to replace it for you.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Please allow 3 business days for the processing and manufacturing of your order, as well as 5-6 business days for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your package. All orders are sent in a padded envelope that's small enough to fit in a mailbox and includes all of your tags in a small gift bag.
